Quality Systems Consumer Support Coordinator

Accountabilities:

  • Work as part of the corporate Quality Assurance team to meet and exceed regulatory requirements and consumer standards
  • Create Certificates of Analysis, Finished Product Specifications and Method of Analysis catered to specific customers when requested
  • Ensure applicable documents remain legible, readily identifiable, and retrievable
  • Prepare Declaration of Quality Assurance templates to be signed off by the Quality Director
  • Assist with the Change Control process, initiating, routing and closing open projects and coordinate Change Control meetings if needed
  • Assist with the Stability Program in coordination of samples and collecting testing results
  • Maintain and update the Quality Document Tracker with all active requests
  • Redraft, edit, review and initiate Standard Operating Procedures as necessary
  • Assist the Quality Complaints Department through processing Counterfeit inquiries
  • Report potential issues of quality and regulatory non-compliance and address complex issues to senior staff
  • Demonstrate proficiency with office systems, databases and other related applications
  • Provide assistance to various projects and deliverables when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Experience & Skillset:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
