Customer Sales Analyst/Coordinator

Accountabilities:

We are looking for a highly energetic, organized and positive individual to join our team. the Customer Sales Analyst /Coordinator will work with our internal Walmart US and Canadian sales teams to maximize sales using forecasting, ROI analysis, assortment planning, and category trends. The selected individual will also work with software programs and tools, ranging, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, AC Nielsen, and Walmart Retail Link.

  • Prepare and maintain weekly sell through reports using Retail Link data
  • Communicate with Walmart replenishment team to keep them up to date on order delivery and replenishment
  • Monitor in-stocks and inventory levels to provide store level recommendations for replenishment
  • Forecasting for product fulfillment need as well as feature and seasonal program forecasting
  • Assist sales managers by reading sales data to foster sales growth and open new opportunities
  • Customize customer presentation decks and assist in customer pitches
  • Item creation and sku set ups, costing forms, UPC codes, item submissions, GS1 submissions
  • Manage and track fill rate reports and any dispute information for fines
  • Manage new product development through the process from inception (market potential) through execution (on the store shelf); provide input to the Marketing team on competitive intelligence and set
  • Attend PMO meetings to represent sales and provide direction and insight related to tactical and basic class of trade issues
  • Manage and maintain on-line content and images of Iovate products by working closely with the Digital department
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to help organize tradeshows by coordinating the delivery of product samples and promotional materials, specific customer documents, and other necessary tasks
  • Contribute to the Business Account Review monthly
  • Contribute to the development of the annual customer plan

Experience & Skillset:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in retail planning, replenishment, and analytics (preferably Walmart related)
  • Proficient in Retail Link
  • Must be highly conversant with MS Excel and be able to develop, implement, automate and maintain reports by using complex formulas (v-lookup, sum-if, formula in Pivot-table etc, VBA and Macros)
  • Knowledge of social media, on-line content management and advertising is an asset
  • Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A team player with great communications skills
  • Demonstrate exceptionally strong analytical performance
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skill
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
