Creative Services Coordinator (6 month contract)

As part of the Creative Services Team, you will play a key role in the support of the department.


  • Provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the Creative Services department and provide related support to other teams as required
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and catering for department special events
  • Act as the travel liaison for the Creative Services department
  • Assist with coordinating outsourced projects (i.e. renders / mock ups)
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Manage and renew all online resource accounts
  • Assist with routing trade marketing artwork for approval
  • Compile and input content for corporate presentations into attractive, concise, and clear layouts
  • Assist with correspondence to outside vendors and clients
  • Assist with expense reports and verifying transactions
  • Prepare time management and scheduling charts
  • Assist with the creation, organization and distribution of scripts (Including Translations)
  • Send required files for post-production and photography as required, routing files for approvals.
  • Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies
  • Ship live product samples while adhering to UPS, commercial invoice, and FDA regulations
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Core Competencies:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Design, Advertising or related field
  • 2 years of experience, preferably within a consumer packaged goods environment
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision, prioritizing work schedule, complete assigned duties within timelines
  • Experience in the use of Mac OS platform and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Proactive and able to continuously manage projects and information in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Office location, 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm.
